AfPak: Congress will debate war policy in January

It is the job of the legislature, not the chief executive, to decide questions of war and peace. In January, the Congress will debate whether the war in Afghanistan and military operations in Pakistan will continue and, if so, with what degree of intensity. In this video, Rep.
