Thinking about Ferguson:

Tear gases are not merely irritating, they are nerve agents that, except for the objections of the US, would have been outlawed when the Chemical Weapons Convention was adopted in 1993. Legal or not, their use against protesting citizens is evidence of moral bankruptcy.
