An Afghan bill allowing a husband to starve his wife if she refuses to have sex has been published in the official gazette and become law.Maybe we would have an easier time understanding what our late entry in The Great Game will get us if we stopped calling our client "Afghanistan" and started using its real name, The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
