Israel is doing to Palestinians no less than the United States did to Native Americans: stealing their land, penning them in reservations, impoverishing them, killing them.
"Do your homework" is not an argument. Do you mean about Native Americans or Palestinians? Actually, I know a bit about both. I follow the writings and activities of Sara Roy, Henry Siegman, Adam Shatz, The Nation, Haaretz, If Not Now and J Street, among others; how about you? There are obviously arguments to be made about whether U.S. or Israeli policies were/are necessary or sensible or moral, but those policies are what they are. There are facts on the ground and they're not a secret. Nothing is gained by ignoring them. You can't make a decent meal if you're pretending cows are fish.
